Have you ever felt like a lack of consistency is causing you to not get the results you want? Is that really the root issue? What does consistency even mean? It can be so subjective in nature and what is consistent for one person may be inconsistent for another.
In this episode, Lauren discusses the subjective meaning of consistency and teaches you what to look for and address, to create exactly what you want, in a way that's aligned for you without having to take consistency into account and without forcing yourself to be something you're not.
Do you ever feel like you are always working? Well, you aren't. That is impossible. When you are thinking you are always working, the mind is not seeing all the times you are not. It is important to separate and recognize when you are working and when you are not. What is work? What is free time?
In this episode, Lauren challenges you to separate and define your work and free time, and teaches you how to identify if you are actually overworking and how to cut back.
Have you ever felt overwhelmed because you thought you were behind? You probably have, if you're human. This is one of the mind's favorite ways to cause unnecessary pain. There is no such thing as being behind. Wherever you thought you would be at this point, was all made up. You are where you are right now, and that's all there is.
For the creative and more spiritually leanings types, the topic of spontaneity and commitment can be a hot one. The mind can tell us that these things are mutually exclusive and that we can't have both at the same time. What do you think spontaneity is? What is a commitment and what do you believe about honoring your commitment?
In this episode, Lauren teaches you that being spontaneous and honoring your commitments are not mutually exclusive. She helps you examine what asking this question reveals about how you see the world and how to shift it to get what you want, without sacrificing your autonomy. She'll show you the core issues at play and how to use spontaneity for yourself, rather than against yourself.
Tools of success can change from person to person depending on what is in alignment for them, that's something most of us can agree on. We can't attribute success to the tool itself. Just because it worked for someone else, doesn't mean that it will work for you. That leads us to question two of this season.
Since she was an undergrad, Lauren has been asked, “What's the best calendar to use?” In this episode, Lauren talks about this question, why it isn't a helpful question, and how Human Design can play a significant role in what tools are most effective for you.
Welcome to the new season of The Ease of Hustle Podcast. In this season, Lauren will be covering eight common “wrong” questions she is asked and teach you new ways to think about them, as well as some tools to help you to shift the way that you have been thinking about time.
A lot of people seem to have trouble with planning for an irregular schedule. In this episode, Lauren will discuss the issues many have when planning for an irregular schedule. She'll teach you the assumptions that this question implies and helps you to create ease in your schedule, regardless of its perceived irregularity.
In any business there can be this pressure to create more and more revenue. In the coaching industry, it has become the norm to not only continue to increase revenue year-over-year, but to basically double it each and every year.
I found myself in that mindset and completely burnt myself out by being out of alignment. Experimenting with Human Design, I have discovered that I don't desire to do business the way the majority of the industry is. I made less money this year than I did last year, and that's more than ok.
In this episode, I invited my friend and fellow coach, Kehla, to join me in discussing our experiences in the coaching industry, the pressures of having an online business, and our Human Design experiments. We also reveal all of the juicy details about how much money we've been making and what that's been like.
My coach, Dana Evans, has been helping me process a lot of emotional bean bags and get more and more in touch with my body and my inner voice/spleen. My friend Dorothy had asked me a question about an Inner Voice Session. So I wanted to share with her and all of you what my inner voice had to say about some things my mind had been worried about.
In this episode, I share with you a short snippet of an Inner Voice Session I had with my coach, Dana, where my inner voice gave me a really cool picture of what the true reality is when it comes to resources and money.
This is the first episode since the “indefinite hiatus” began. I've started podcasting in an authority-aligned way, rather than the every Monday by willpower method. 😉
In this episode, I reflect on the first year of experimenting with Human Design. I talk about what that may look like to the outsider, and what was going on behind-the-scenes. I dive into some real and vulnerable experiences, including where I'm at recently with inner voice and Human Design work. You may even hear me cry a little. 💕

I think you're going to enjoy hearing Adriane's story. We have a little bit of banter and commentary on some other topics that I think you'll like listening in on too.

I think you'll really have a fun time listening to our organic conversation.

When you take action to create a result you want in your business, your mind often goes to extremes. It can look like, “I need to do, do, do and go, go, go.” But, there is a place in the middle of the two extremes in which you can create the result you want without the extra hustle.
